Zucchini Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 to 6 c. diced zucchini
1 1/2 c. dry biscuit mix
1/2 c. grated Colby cheese
1 small onion, grated
4 to 5 eggs
1/2 c. oil
salt and pepper to taste
parsley to taste
basil to taste

Preparation

Mix together and place in a greased 9 x 15-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
