Egg-Bread Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    mushrooms (if desired)
    8 slices white bread, quartered (minus crusts)
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Place bread quarter slices on bottom of dish.
    Layer 2 types of cheeses and bacon.
    Combine eggs, milk and salt.
    Pour over bread/cheese/bacon mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until center is set.
    If desired, before baking, top with sliced, fresh mushrooms.
