Italian Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in screw-top jar or small bowl.
    Shake well or whip with wire whisk until ingredients are well blended and of a thick and creamy consistency.
    Chill.
    Refrigerate in tightly covered container.
    Shake well before using.
    Makes 1 cup dressing.
