Tangy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
    1/2 c. Heinz 57 sauce
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown chicken in butter. Combine 57 sauce and water.
    Pour over chicken. Cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes until chicken is tender.
    Remove cover the last 10 minutes.
    Skim excess fat before serving.
