Apricot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dried apricots (5 1/2 oz.)
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. margarine
    1 egg
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Soak dried apricots in water for 30 minutes.
    Drain and cut into pieces.
    Mix remaining ingredients and mix with apricots. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
