Honey Bread Pudding(How To Use Stale Bread Or Biscuits) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. day old bread, cubed
    1/4 c. liquid honey
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 2/3 c. hot milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
    Toast bread cubes in oven for added flavor.
    Place bread cubes in a small baking dish.
    Combine the honey, butter or margarine, salt, eggs and vanilla.
    Slowly stir in the milk.
    Pour the mixture over the bread.
    Sprinkle with the nutmeg.
    Set the baking dish in a pan of hot water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until pudding is set.
    Makes 4 servings.
