Welsh Rabbit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. fat
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt fat in top of double boiler.
Remove from heat; stir in flour and add milk and salt.
Return to heat and stir until thick. Place over bottom part of double boiler; add cheese and mustard. When melted smoothly, serve.
