Pineapple Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. golden raisins
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten in milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 tsp. oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. nutmeats
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Stir in nuts and raisins.
    Dissolve baking soda in the pineapple and add with rest of ingredients to dry mixture.
    Bake in a bread pan at 350\u00b0 for about an hour, or until it tests done.
    Cool on rack; wrap in plastic and store in refrigerator.
    This will keep for a long time.
