Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. cooked and seeded chopped prunes
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Sift flour with soda, cinnamon nutmeg, allspice and salt.
    Add flour mixture alternately with buttermilk and vanilla.
    Then add nuts and prunes.
    Pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tests done.
    While cake is still hot, ice with Buttermilk Icing.
