Ingredients

3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 c. white sugar
Preparation

Cream together butter, eggs and milk; add sugar and baking powder.
Slowly add flour until it makes soft mixture.
Roll out onto floured table.
Grandma rolled her dough out thick and used a 3 pound margarine lid to cut into large cookies.
You can use your favorite cookie cutters.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven until golden brown around edges.
