Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 large onion
    1 can whole corn, drained
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 to 5 jalapeno peppers (canned or fresh)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Place in greased corn bread skillet. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 1 hour.
