Carrot Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. margarine
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat together the sugar, eggs and margarine.
    Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
    Stir in the carrots and walnuts.
    Pour equal amounts into two (2) no-stick loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cool.
    Remove from pan.
    Slice and serve.
