One Dish Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    green salad (lettuce, tomatoes, etc.)
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 small chopped onion (if desired)
    bell pepper (if desired)
    Fritos or Doritos (cheese flavored)
    3/4 to 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Cut up green salad in oblong dish. Make as to your desire (lettuce, tomatoes, etc.). Brown ground chuck with onion and bell pepper. Drain well.
