Loaf Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. bread flour
    3 Tbsp. powdered milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 pkg. yeast or 1 Tbsp. dry loose yeast
Preparation
    Mix yeast and half of sugar in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Add remaining sugar to dry ingredients.
    Add yeast and water to dry ingredients with enough
    warm water to make good consistency.
    Let rise until double.
    Knead and divide into 2 loaves.
    Let rise. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown.
