Microwave Easy Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Combine macaroni, hot water and evaporated milk in 2-quart casserole.
    Microwave uncovered on High for 12 minutes or until macaroni is soft and most of liquid has evaporated, stirring twice.
    Stir in 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Microwave on High for 1 minute or until cheese has melted.
    Season to taste with minced fresh chives and herbs.
    Serves 4.
