Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated zucchini
3 eggs
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Combine sugar and oil; add eggs.
Sift dry ingredients together and add egg mixture gradually.
Add squash and mix well. Add coconut, nuts and vanilla.
Pour into two greased loaf pans and bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
