Fresh Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
    5 jalapeno hot peppers, seeded and chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 c. green peppers, seeded and chopped
    1 tsp. garlic, chopped
    1 small can (8 oz.) Hunt's tomato sauce
    pinch of salt, to taste
    2 Tbsp. parsley, cilantro or coriander
    1 c. white wine or cider vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and let set in refrigerator.
    (Note: If you process the ingredients, omit parsley).
    Bring the salsa to a boil and simmer about 20 minutes.
    Pour into hot jars, adjust caps; process 30 minutes.
    Makes about 6 half pints.
