Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    2 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can cooked pumpkin
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. diced pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease and flour 6 mini loaf pans or 2 large loaf pans. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spices and set pan aside. Beat sugars and oil until smooth. Add eggs and pumpkin to sugar mixture. Beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients, alternating with buttermilk. Add pecans if desired. Place in loaf pans and bake 45 to 50 minutes.
