Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small zucchini (unskinned), sliced very thin
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs
    dash of pepper and salt
    1 clove crushed garlic
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cut into squares and serve hot or at room temperature.
