Grandmother Quinn'S Christmas Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
2 sticks butter
2 Tbsp. Spry (Crisco)
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
7 plus c. sifted flour

Preparation

Cream together first 4 ingredients.
Add vanilla, eggs and milk.
Mix.
Then add 7+ cups sifted flour.
Mix well.
Chill overnight.
Roll thin and cut cookies.
Bake about 10 minutes at 325\u00b0 on lightly greased cookie sheets.
Makes approximately 95 Christmas figure cookies.
