Hot Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick oleo
3 cans white Shoepeg corn, drained
1 large jalapeno pepper, chopped
Preparation

Melt cream cheese and butter together.
Add corn and jalapeno pepper.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
