Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

2/3 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 tsp. soda
2 c. pumpkin
3 1/3 c. flour
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2/3 c. nuts (optional)
2/3 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and bake in floured 1-pound coffee can at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
May be refrigerated for up to 10 days.
