Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 oz. (3 sq.) unsweetened chocolate
    3/4 c. evaporated milk (canned)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter
    6 oz. chunky-style peanut butter (a little more than 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, salt, chocolate and evaporated milk in a saucepan.
    Cook low to moderate heat, stirring until mixture boils.
    Continue cooking over low heat for 5 minutes.
    (It should bubble gently.)
    Take off stove, add remaining ingredients.
    Beat with mixer at medium speed for 4 minutes.
    Pour into well-buttered 8-inch square pan.
    Refrigerate (covered with plastic wrap).
    Cut into squares.
