Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 bananas, mashed
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat 1/2 cup oil and 1 cup sugar together.
Add 2 beaten eggs and 3 bananas mashed to a pulp.
Beat well.
Sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
Add to first mixture with milk and vanilla.
Beat well.
Stir in chopped nuts.
Bake in 9 x 5-inch loaf pan, lined with wax paper on the bottom.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
