Riley'S Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
    1 1/2 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
    grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts flat or roll flat by putting in a plastic bag and using rolling pin.
    Beat egg.
    Dip chicken in egg to coat (Riley loves this part).
    Dip egged chicken in bread crumbs to coat.
    Dip crumbed chicken in cheese; press cheese into chicken.
    Fry in olive oil about 3 to 5 minutes per side or less (hot pan).
