Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. shortening (1/2 oleo and 1/2 Crisco)
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cream sugars and shortening until well blended.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
    Blend well.
    Add eggs and mix thoroughly.
    Add vanilla and mix well.
    Add chips and stir only until incorporated into the batter. Do not overmix.
    Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake 7 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
    Makes about 2 1/2 dozen large cookies or 4 dozen smaller cookies.
