Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1/3 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Put all of the ingredients except nuts in a blender and blend well, then fold in nuts.
Pour into a loaf pan and bake for 60 to 65 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve it with love.
