Chicken Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. onions
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. Bisquick mix
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
4 c. bite size chicken pieces
1 c. sour cream
1 can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
Preparation

Cook and stir onions in margarine. Stir in baking mix, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until bubbly. Remove from heat.
Stir in milk gradually.
Add sour cream, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in plain or spinach egg noodles, if desired.
Makes 10 servings.
