Zucchini Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. pineapple, crushed and drained
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add sugar, vanilla, oil, zucchini, flour, baking powder, salt and soda.
    Stir in pineapple and raisins.
    Add nuts and mix well.
    Bake in a tube pan or 2 well-greased and floured loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done (ovens vary).
