Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lean pork chops
one onion, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
3 Tbsp. catsup
1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Trim fat from pork chops. Brown the chops. Layer chops in a casserole dish. Spread onion slices on top. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over chops. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour and thirty minutes. You can use beef steaks or venison steaks if you desire.
