Taco Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) jar mild taco sauce
    chopped tomato
    shredded lettuce
    1 lb. ground chuck
    sour cream
    chopped onion
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    Wash potatoes, prick skins with a fork and microwave 10 to 12 minutes on High.
    Remove and let stand.
    Meanwhile microwave ground chuck about 5 to 6 minutes.
    Drain fat and break apart.
    Stir in taco sauce.
    Split potatoes and put on individual serving dishes. Spoon 1/4 of the meat mixture on each potato.
    Top with sour cream, cheese, onion, lettuce and tomato.
    Serve immediately.
