Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
1 1/3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (4 oz.) bars sweet cooking chocolate, grated
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation

In mixing bowl, cream butter or margarine and confectioners sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in water and vanilla.
Add chocolate, flour and dash of salt; mix well.
Stir in nuts.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until done, about 25 minutes.
Cool.
Sprinkle with sifted confectioners sugar, if desired.
Makes 6 dozen.
