Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. melted margarine (save 1/4 for top)
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except reserved margarine and bread crumbs.
    Put in well-greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and pour margarine around top.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
