Ingredients

1 c. margarine, room temperature
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
5 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. Ricotta
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Cream margarine with sugar.
Add eggs 1 at a time; add Ricotta and vanilla last.
Beat in flour a little at a time.
Drop by teaspoonfuls.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
