Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. coarsely shredded zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) can well drained crushed pineapple
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs with mixer.
    Add next three ingredients; beat until thick and foamy.
    Stir the next two ingredients with a spoon. Combine the rest of the ingredients and then mix all ingredients together and stir.
    Bake in loaf pans for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Turn out on racks.
