Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Heat the oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease a loaf pan, either 9 x 5 x 3-inch or 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch, with shortening.
Mix sugar, bananas, oil and eggs in a large bowl with a wooden spoon.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into pan.
