Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1/3 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg, vanilla and sour cream.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into shortening mixture.
Stir in zucchini, raisins and walnuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
Remove to wire rack, then frost.
Makes 4 dozen.
