Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. confectioners sugar
    12 oz. jar creamy peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 sticks margarine/butter, softened
Preparation
    Mix ingredients until smooth, then roll into balls.
    In double boiler, melt 3/4 wax paraffin and 3 (6 ounce) bags of chocolate chips.
    Once melted, dip peanut butter balls in chocolate and place on wax paper to cool.
    Best when refrigerated overnight.
    Makes 100 to 120.
