Cheesecake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    vanilla wafers
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and lemon juice together for 5 minutes.
    Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of midget cupcake cup. Put 1 tablespoon filling in cup.
    Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Remove cookies from oven and cool.
    When completely cool, place pie filling on top of cookies.
