Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. oleo
    4 to 4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
    2 large eggs
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. oleo, softened
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    3 to 4 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine water, 1/2 cup milk and 1/3 cup oleo in a saucepan over medium heat; cook until oleo melts, stirring occasionally. Let mixture cool to 125\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    Combine 3 cups flour and next 3 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Gradually add milk mixture to flour mixture, beating at low speed with an electric mixer. Add eggs and beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Gradually add 1 additional cup of flour, beating 2 minutes.
    Gradually stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.
