Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. butter
3 eggs, well beaten
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter until fluffy.
Add eggs and beat well. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
Stir in nuts.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Top with pecan halves.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
