Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. fresh shoulder
    2 c. celery, chopped
    2 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/8 c. salt
    3 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. red pepper
    2 c. tomato paste
Preparation
    Cook shoulder until it falls from the bone.
    When cool, shred meat and set aside.
    Cook vegetables slowly in the oil until tender.
    Add sugar, salt, dry mustard, red pepper and tomato paste.
    Simmer for 30 minutes, then add vinegar.
