Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk (1 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice to milk)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. soft butter
Preparation
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
