Mild Mexican Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sliced and cut meat
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Mix all spices together.
    Sprinkle on both sides of meat. Cover tightly and marinate 6 to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
    Dry at 145\u00b0 for about 4 hours.
    The dehydrator works best.
