Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
1 egg, beaten
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cornflakes
1 c. Quaker oats
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 Tbsp. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Cream together butter and sugars.
Beat in oil and egg.
Sift flour with salt and baking soda; add to batter.
Combine well with remaining ingredients.
Drop one tablespoon at a time on an ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with a fork.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet. Makes 7 dozen.
