Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 8 pork chops
    at least 3/4 c. raw rice
    3 large carrots, cut lengthwise
    1/2 onion, sliced
    1 can beef consomme
Preparation
    Trim the fat off the chops and brown the fat.
    Remove fat from pan and lightly brown the chops in the grease.
    Remove chops and lightly salt.
