Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat 2 eggs fluffy.
    Add sugar, oil, vanilla and zucchini. Mix flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl.
    Add to zucchini mix.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Makes 2 large or 4 small loaves.
