Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pretzel sticks, broken
3/4 c. margarine, melted
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. boiling water
6 oz. strawberry jello (no sugar)
2 (10 oz.) cartons frozen strawberries (juice and all)
1 c. granulated sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine pretzels, margarine and 3 tablespoons sugar. Spread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 minutes. Don't overcook. Let cool. Whip cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over pretzel crust. Mix jello, water and strawberries. Let cool. Pour over cream cheese layer.
