Cranberry Nut Bread(From Polish Family Friend Hedda) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. oleo
3/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. orange rind
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped cranberries
Preparation

Sift together the first five ingredients.
Cut in oleo. Combine orange juice, orange rind and beaten egg; pour into dry ingredients to dampen.
Fold in nuts and cranberries.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in greased and floured pan.
