Cinnamon Flop - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 egg
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Heat
oven
to
425\u00b0.
Beat
granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons butter,
the
egg
and
milk
in a large mixer bowl on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Spread batter in a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
